The Malian has just released London Ko, a new album where she consolidates the style that led Fenfo, her last album, to be nominated for Grammy and Victoires de la Musique in 2019. Breaking the rules, immersing in eclecticism or emancipating from the standard are some of the paths Diawara has followed to achieve this.
