CYCLE CRUÏLLA TARDOR
Often, we can’t even explain why, but autumn has something that fills us with nostalgia, invites us to introspection, and drives us to tranquility. Maybe it’s because the cold starts to peek between the evenings and the early mornings, or because our bodies ask for rest after everything we’ve experienced during the summer. The Cruïlla Autumn, then, inevitably accompanies the emotions that this season brings: a dozen concerts that invite us to gather around art, in front of a stage and behind some strangers, to soak in a calmness that, in some way, our soul craves.
A calmness, however, that doesn’t have to be synonymous with stillness, but is more about the inner peace that a concert of a new artist we didn’t know gives us, a moment of dancing to the rhythm of our favorite band, the verses of that song we can’t stop listening to, or the feeling of slowly healing the melancholy that autumn brings. So, even though the Cruïlla Summer Festival takes place during the first week of July, thanks to Cruïlla Autumn, we never fully say goodbye, as this first cycle of the season replicates its essence in every corner of the city during the months of November and December.
