Mujeres live at Sala Apolo!

Rock and roll at 200 BPM

There are few people left who haven’t already fallen for Mujeres’ energy. Hailing from Barcelona and with nearly 15 years under their belt, they’ve gone from cult band to one of the defining acts of a whole generation. On January 22, they land at Sala Apolo in Barcelona for a one-of-a-kind night where they’ll present Es un Dolor Inexplicable, their seventh album.

From their debut Sones (2009) to anthems like “Aquellos Ojos,” “Vivir Sin Ti,” and “Un Sentimiento Importante,” Mujeres have proven that their punk-pop remains the perfect celebration of friendship, everyday life, and resilience. Their music has crossed generations, establishing them as one of the key names in the Spanish indie scene.

The Barcelona trio —Yago Alcover, Pol Rodellar, and Arnau Sanz— will release Es un Dolor Inexplicable on March 20, a record that confirms that, even after all these years, they still know how to write songs that hit hard and celebrate at the same time, driven by rock and roll, melodic pop, and pure honesty at 200 BPM.

On January 22, Sala Apolo will host a very special night: one from a band for whom the speed never slows down—and neither do the urge to play together.
