That Cupido are one of the indie-pop bands of the moment is no news. Nor that love is the central theme of most of their songs, but it is that the band will return to Barcelona on January 20th to fill Razzmatazz during the first Cruïlla Hivern!
After releasing Lo Dejo, a song about those slow but imminent breakups, and continuing to bring their Sobredosis de Amor to all corners of the country, including the Festival Cruïlla 2023, Cupido have consolidated a live show as sensitive as it is danceable that makes the whole audience get up between sad verses and electronic rhythms.
The band led by Pimp Flaco has managed to invent its own language of love that is at the same time inevitably universal, purely honest and completely healing. Knowing how to love oneself, valuing who we have next to us and putting a name to everything we feel are three of the horizons that Cupido has surfed in his two published albums.
